This is a vintage 9ct yellow gold amethyst diamond cluster ring featuring an oval (0.20ct) amethyst set in a raised eight pronged mount surrounded by six round (0.03ct each) amethysts and six smaller round diamond set in leave shape mounts forming a diamond shape 3D cluster.
