They will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization if applicable. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

3. Inspection and Approval: Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund eligibility criteria. If the item passes the inspection, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

4. Refund Exceptions: We reserve the right to refuse refunds in the following circumstances:

  • Items returned without prior communication and a valid return authorization.

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration not caused by the company.

  • Returns received after the 30-day refund window.

8. International Orders: For international orders, the same refund policy applies. However, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during the return process.
